Thaddeus started MacVey Advisory in 2026 when he moved to Bogotá, Colombia after 10 years working in multifamily real estate development in the United States. He brings unique experience working across the lifecycle of projects, from market analysis and initial project conception, through design and project structuring, to development execution and asset management. He has worked with both large and small sponsors, bringing the best practices of large, institutional developers and the flexible, entrepreneurial approach of smaller developers.

Thaddeus brings this rigorous and entrepreneurial approach to serve the developers and investors who are the clients of MacVey Advisory.

He is a graduate of Georgetown University (magna cum laude), and received Masters in Real Estate and Urban Planning from Cornell University.
